This X12 Transaction Set contains the format and establishes the data contents of the Voter Registration Information Transaction Set (280) for use within the context of an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) environment. This transaction set can be used to submit voter registration application information and to transmit information regarding a previously registered voter and changes to such information.
